15+ years serving families and business owners
Davy is a husband and a father of two, and family is at the centre of everything he does. Born and raised in Paris, he came to Canada 20 years ago to travel and fell in love with the Yukon, where he built a life and ran businesses from tourism to technology before moving into financial planning. Four years ago, the family moved to Cochrane.
He’s been through the same milestones as a lot of his clients: immigrating, buying a first home, raising kids and running a business. That’s why he believes in balancing work and family, and helps people enjoy life now while building toward the future they want.

We look at everything: income, expenses, debt, savings, insurance, taxes and your retirement timeline, and how they connect.

You get a written plan
You get a clear document that says what we’re doing, why, and when we’ll review it.
Step three
We review and adjust
At least once a year, and more often when life changes. You can call or email anytime, and I’ll reach out between reviews.

AFS West isn’t owned by a bank or an insurance company. I can recommend funds from a wide range of Canadian fund companies and policies from several insurers.
Clear investment fee
One annual advisory fee of 1% of the assets I manage, the same rate whatever the account size. Insurance is paid by commission from the insurer.
Bilingual service
English and French, and happy to explain the same thing twice. Most of what makes this intimidating is the jargon, not the math.
